Key Responsibilities:

• Design Creation: Develop high-quality visual content for various platforms, including websites, social media, email campaigns, brochures, flyers, posters, and other marketing materials.
• Brand Consistency: Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and maintain consistency across all marketing materials and channels.
• Creative Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, content, and product teams to understand project requirements, objectives, and target audiences.
• Concept Development: Generate creative concepts and ideas based on project briefs and feedback from stakeholders.
• Design Execution: Utilize design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma) to create and refine graphics, ensuring high-quality and visually appealing results.
• Feedback Integration: Incorporate feedback from team members and clients into design revisions and iterations.
• Deadline Management: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality work that meets project deadlines.
• Trend Awareness: Stay up-to-date with current design trends, tools, and techniques to keep the company’s design work fresh and innovative.
• Quality Assurance: Perform final quality checks on all designs to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to project specifications.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience: Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of design skills and styles.
• Skills:
  • Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Sketch, Figma, or similar tools.
  • Strong understanding of design principles, color theory, typography, and layout.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
